Who You Are: We are looking for a high taste designer who is specialized in content heavy communications and document design - Think; Annual Reports, Internal Documentation, Journals, RFPs, Market Reports, etc. ***Required Skillset*** Fluent in Figma *** You'll have extensive experience creating long format reports, and strong capabilities taking content heavy documents and transforming them into digestible, aesthetic documents that resonate with the brand an allow for easy consumption of information in an engaging manner. Our Process: Apply to the opportunity (<10 min) Complete a design assessment (<45 min): built to gauge your product thinking, execution, and critique ability. Depending on track, this may involve designing a flow or screen set, critiquing an existing app experience, or showcasing pinpointed samples from your portfolio. A successful assessment results in an offer to join an active project, and kicks off your onboarding process (MFA, SOW, background check) as well as project-specific onboarding You become an official member of the TasteMakers community! You'll gain access to events, other creative technologists, and become eligible for additional paid projects All TasteMakers projects are Remote, Work from Anywhere, and paid hourly via Independent Contractor. We hire globally and pay competitive rates in USD. Flexible engagement — 15–40 hrs/week of project work, async and on your own schedule, with a steady pipeline of new projects so you can move fluidly from one to the next Highly competitive rates — determined by project scope, subject matter expertise, and location. Project work paid out via Wise 15 / 30 of each month.
